7+ days before workshop: Full refund
Less than 7 days before: No refunds
Studio Credit (Goodwill): If you cancel within 7 days, we may offer a studio credit only if your spot is filled. Credit is issued at our discretion based on capacity.
Missed Workshops: No-shows forfeit payment. No refunds or credits.
Transfers: You may transfer your spot to a friend at any time before the workshop. Please email us the new participant’s name and contact info.
