We currently accept checks and ACH payments through Intuit Payments. We are looking possible ways to accept credit cards in the future, but we currently do not accept credit cards at this time. All partnerships have NET 30 payment terms.
Keep in mind that we make every piece to order, and each piece has to go through several stages before it’s ready to ship. We are currently quoting 4-6 weeks as a lead time for all orders.
While we will try to make every effort to review your application as soon as possible, it could take up to 5 days depending on how busy we are and if we have any follow-up questions for you after reading your application.
If you have already registered for a wholesale account, and been approved, then you can get access to wholesale pricing on our web shop by logging into your account with the username and password you created during registration. After that, you can shop one of two ways: either from our regular shop page or from our quick order form. The quick order form is especially helpful once you become familiar with our product line to help you navigate our products and put together and order faster.
If you represent a business who is interested in carrying our work in your shop or store, simply head over to our wholesale registration page and fill out the form. Once you have sent your request, we will be notified and will begin reviewing your information. We will then reach out to you with any follow-up questions or concerns. Once you are approved, you will be notified via email, and you will have access to wholesale pricing on our website and be able to use our wholesale order form to place your order. Please be patient, as this process could take several days for us to complete depending on how busy things are when you submit your request.
