Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. If you are unable to meet your payment deadline please contact us at least 5 business days before your invoice is due to discuss extended terms.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

A 5% packing charge is applied to all orders. Orders ship approximately 6-8 weeks from order date. All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS. Wholesale orders are packaged carefully by our shipping department. In the event that you receive a damaged box with broken pottery, please contact us by email within 14 day of receipt of order at contact@sunsetcanyonpottery.com . We will call or email you back with directions on how to report the damages.

BACKORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

It is our goal to get your shipment out within the 6-8 week deadline. Please be aware that our studio potters are creating each piece one at a time and occasionally loss occurs. If we are not able to complete your order, the remainder of your order will be backordered and shipped as soon as all of the pieces are available. During busier times, such as the holidays, orders may get backed up. If possible, please consider reserving your order ahead of time to ensure prompt fulfillment and delivery.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

If the order is wrong or if you have received broken pottery, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. Please give us a call or email us at contact@sunsetcanyonpottery.com . Detail any loss, breakage, shortage, or overage and indicate your preferred action: replacement, credit, or cancellation.
