Due to the handmade nature of our products, expect slight differences from item to item with respect to size, shape, and glaze, even within sets of items. Also, please note that, although every effort is made to accurately represent our items both visually and in our descriptions, we cannot guarantee every device will accurately depict the true colors of our products. If you have any questions or concerns about the color or size of any items, please contact us before purchasing.

That being said, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, please follow these instructions:

For Damaged or Defective ware:

If the item is damaged in shipment or defective upon arrival, contact us for instructions. Keep all packing materials and original boxes. We will exchange or replace the item for you.

Other:

If you are not happy with the product for any other reason, please return the product in its original condition and packaging along with a brief note as to the problem. We will gladly exchange the item or refund your money excluding return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
