Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:
When you place an order with us, we strive to get your order to you quickly as possible. However, on occasion it may take up to three days to prepare for shipping. Please note that if you choose a faster shipping option, we may still need a business day or two to prepare your order.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges plus any additional charge if the address can be changed by the courier to be deliverable. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we are not responsible for replacing the product. If you do not receive your package, we will make every effort to speak with the shipping company to locate your order but we are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen.  If the shipping company shows the package as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination. 
If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable", "insufficient" or "wrong address," the customer will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination. Or, if the customer prefers, we can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping the goods to you.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or acts beyond our control.
Return Policy
Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the date your order was shipped. If more than 30 days have gone by since the ship date, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.Please be aware that we do not refund shipping costs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
