New Ordering Option: Out of Stock Items
We’re excited to announce a new ordering option for out of stock items. You can now place an order for an out of stock item, and we’ll make it and send it to you as soon as possible (usually within 4-6 weeks). Here’s what you need to know:
- There’s a 4-6 week lead time on all out of stock items. If your order includes in stock and out of stock items, we’ll send it to you when all items are available to ship.
- Pickup orders for out of stock items will have to wait for all items to be completed, so when choosing a pickup date, choose any available day and time, and we’ll contact you when your order is complete to make final arrangements for pickup.
- For orders with a mixture of in stock and out of stock items, you can schedule pickup for the in stock items like normal, and then we will contact you to schedule a pickup time for the out of stock items when they’re completed.
