Our Returns Policy:
Each piece of Sunset Canyon Pottery is handmade by one of our craftsman, and is a unique piece with its own personality. Even within sets, the individuality of each creation is evident. Due to the handmade nature of our products it is not unreasonable to expect slight differences from item to item with respect to size, shape and glaze, even within sets of items. All of our descriptive volumes and measurements are averages.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of pottery. If you are not, please follow these instructions.

For Damaged or Defective ware – If the item is damaged in shipment or defective upon arrival – please email us at customerservice@sunsetcanyonpottery.com or call us on our toll free line (800-846-6175) for instructions. Keep all packing materials and original boxes. We will exchange or replace the item for you.

Other – If you are not happy with the product for any other reason, please return the product in its original condition and packaging along with a brief note as to the problem. We will gladly exchange the item or refund your money excluding return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Care and Use of Sunset Canyon Pottery:
Our pottery is oven safe, dishwasher safe and suitable for the microwave. It is however sensitive to sudden temperature changes. Pottery is best placed in a cool oven and then the oven set to whatever a recipe calls for. Avoid preheating or broiling on pottery. DO NOT PUT YOUR POTTERY ON AN OPEN FLAME OR ON A HEATING ELEMENT.
